Loyola University Medical Center Policies

Before Hours Fee: A $35 fee applies to orders scheduled for setup before our operational hours (before 7:00 AM)
● After Hours Fee: A $35 fee applies to orders scheduled for setup after our operational hours (after 5:00 PM).
● Service Fee: A $25 fee is charged for setup, drop-offs, pickups, and cleaning on all orders, except for those picked up by the customer.
● Rush Order Fee: A $35 fee applies to orders requested with less than a 24-hour notice. This fee accounts for additional vendor charges incurred when orders are placed outside the regular ordering schedule.
● Weekend Fee: A $150 fee applies to event orders scheduled to take on weekends. This fee covers additional staffing costs.
● Hourly Rates for Catering Attendants: Servers, attendants, and bartenders will be quoted on a one-off basis, with a minimum commitment of 2 hours.
